“Value hotel. Room was Ok and bed comfortable enough, but it seemed a bit grubby - area behind bedside table (moved to plug in phone charger) hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Staff weren’t very friendly. Breakfast was not available - despite what the description said. Lots of road noise (horns etc) throughout night. It’s quite a hike up the hill from the town. Great price, but you get what you pay for. ”

“The view was amazing, the staff was so kind and friendly and went above and beyond to be accommodating. The breakfast that was included was also delicious and we had dinner at the home stay one night which was good and reasonably priced. “First of all let me compliment the Staff. The owners were great, nothing was too much bother. They answered every need and such lovely people. The room was clean, serviced and made up every day. The breakfast and other meals you could order were excellent. The views and scenery are stunning. Great location for Trekking. The town is only 15 minutes away in a taxi. Use grab taxis as they are cheaper. You can book tours and trek leaders from the local community. Sapa City is lovely. The hotel……
